Jagannath Panda
Jagannath Panda (b. 1970) received a BFA in Sculpture from B.K. College of Arts and Crafts in Bhubaneshwar in 1991, and an MFA in Sculpture at the Faculty of Fine Arts M.S. University in Baroda in 1994. He was a visiting researcher at Fukuoka University of Education in Fukuoka, Japan and completed an MFA in Sculpture from Royal College of Arts in London. He has exhibited his work at many international venues, including the Hockney Gallery at the Royal College of Art in London (2002); the Za Moca Foundation Gallery in Tokyo (1998); Saffronart and the Guild Mumbai (2004); STPI Singapore and Nature Morte in New Delhi (2005). He won the Lalit Kala Academi Award in 1990 and All India Fine Arts and Crafts Society Award in 1996. Jagannath Panda lives and works in New Delhi.
