Benitha Perciyal (b. 1978) received a BFA and an MFA in Painting and Printmaking from Government College of Arts and Crafts in Chennai. Selected solo exhibitions include Max Muller Bhavan in Chennai and Perturb Me Not at the Alliance Francaise in Madras. Selected group exhibitions include ABC Show at Apparao Gallery, Chennai Exite - New Works from South India at Noble Sage Art Gallery in London, and Hybrid Trend, an exhibition featuring fifteen young artists under forty from India and Korea, organized by the Seoul Arts Center in association with Lalit Kala Akademi in Seoul. Benitha Perciyal lives and works in Chennai.
